The fee for featuring a property on our site is just £50
As Property Consultants we do not take on a Mandate of Sale but charge the vendor a flat fee of £5000 for introducing a buyer, payable on the day of the Acte de Vente.
This is much less than you would be charged by an estate agent – but why pay at all? Well, we will have built up a relationship with prospective purchasers so will only be bringing serious buyers, we will accompany them on their vewing trips, we will act as ‘middle-man’ during any negotiations, and we will be following the sale from start to finish, from arranging the ‘expertises’ to translating in the notaire’s office during the signature of the Acte de Vente.
